President Kaczynski meets President AdamkusAs the President office announced the President Adamkus had a telephone conversation with President Kaczynski. The Presidents discussed about the projects of Ignalina nuclear power plant and electricity bridge to Poland.

They agreed that delegation of Polish negotiators will arrive in Vilnius today. At the meeting with the Lithuanian representatives they will try to coordinate positions regarding the Lithuanian-Polish electricity bridge project.

It sounds that President Kaczynski has forgotten the conversation they had with President Adamkus, during his visit to Toruna.  The President Adamkus got an impression that the Polish President committed himself in signing the Ignalina power plant and the electricity grid between Lithuania and Poland projects.

Hence, why the Polish President is sending the delegation to Vilnius?  Did President Kaczinski change his mind?
